Gold and Company, LLC recently sold 6800 Quad Ave. in East Baltimore for $4.2 million. The property includes an approximately 11,630 sq. ft. industrial building, a separate Quonset hut, and 3.07 acres of land. Senior Vice President Jim Chivers and Vice President Will McCullough of Gold and Company assisted the seller in the transaction.
